CALL FOR A COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION
Counseling
Therapy is shown to be effective for a range of mental and emotional issues for all ages. Among the most common issues are the following, although this is not all we can help with. All of our services are through the lens of Biblical Christianity, although we work with people of all or no faith background and do not impose our views on clients.
ANXIETY / STRESS / DEPRESSION

CHANGE

RELATIONSHIPS

ADHD

Individual Therapy
We will find the best fit from our experienced clinical team to assist you or your tween/adolescent in those situations best handled one on one. Examples include:
MOOD DISORDERS OR OTHER CLINICAL MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGES

CHRONIC PAIN

OBSESSIVE/COMPULSIVE BEHAVIOR

TRAUMA

Couples Therapy
Couples often need guidance through periods of conflict, disconnection, betrayal, parenting or family struggles. One of our professionals can help you learn the skills to soothe the problem in the present and also to help you open up to healing of the deeper roots of your relationship dynamics.
LET’S FACE IT
Life Can Be Disappointing

Julie* calls. She isn’t prepared for the pileup of losses and disappointments. Broken relationships. Failed dreams and missed opportunities. Illness. Career struggles. Parenting challenges. Heartbreaking deaths, even. She has survived some better than others, and has even fooled people close to her into thinking she is ‘fine’ and ‘has it all together’ — If they only knew the aching longing in her heart.

Every day Julie is dragging herself up with the alarm clock to begin the race that feels like a masquerade ball. Julie spends her days trying to get it all done and make everyone happy by DOING. Lots of motion; little meaning or fulfillment. Lots of emptiness; little joy; little peace.

Like most busy, driven women, rarely does Julie find enough time to BE – to nourish her magnificent body, mind, heart, and spirit with something substantial and fulfilling. If it’s quiet, it’s lonely, anxiety-ridden and depressing. Even in her own home. This is certainly not the story she wants to be writing for her life.

IT’S APPARENT
Something Must Change
When Julie comes for therapy, she is nervous – but she delights in relaxing as she feels more heard and connected than she’s felt in a long time. Lasting change can only happen with an honest look at the truth. Julie determines she wants what we universally want – to develop a spirit of peace, joy, and meaning.

Over a few months, Julie accomplishes these life changes with consistent hard work and perseverance. Her therapist, guides her, listens, challenges, follows and teaches her. We practice skills in session, and she experiments with new beliefs and behaviors in her daily life.

It’s so rewarding to see Julie’s outlook, her experience of herself, and her future forever set on a new trajectory that started with one right phone call.

THAT’S JULIE’S STORY
So What Is Yours?
Just like with Julie, together we can create a therapy experience that enables you to write the story you dream of. There is hope to heal from what has wounded and held you back.

KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item.
  • You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
